The Maryland Department of Transportation, MTA Police Monitor Facility, requires approximately a minimum 20,800 net usable square feet of office and special purpose space (27% for office space and 73% utilized as special purpose space) to be situated in the City of Baltimore and Baltimore County, Maryland specifically within the area bounded by:
1) North – Beginning at a point from the Old Court Metro Station continuing east on Old Court Road to Reisterstown; 2) East – On Reisterstown Road south to Northern Parkway; 3) South – West on Northern Parkway to Metro Drive; 4) West – North on Metro Drive to Patterson Avenue continuing on Patterson Avenue to Alter Street to Milford Mill Road, continuing on Milford Mill Road to Sudbrook Lane, continuing on Sudbrook Lane to Metro Right-of-Way to Old Court Metro Station.
Term: Three (3) years and One (1) Option term of Two (2) years
