Maryland Green Building Council Annual Reports

On April 24, 2007, Governor Martin O’Malley approved House Bill 942 – Section 4-809 of the State Finance and Procurement Article – entitled “Maryland Green Building Council.” This law re-established the Maryland Green Building Council in the Department of General Services (DGS), providing for private sector membership, State agency membership and assistance and staffing by the DGS. Each year, the Council submits a report to the Maryland General Assembly.
